Paul Brice, was appointed in May 2011, having previously worked for almost 32 years as a local government accountant. He and his family have been worshipping at the Church since 1998. Paul has been an elder of the Church for a number of years and was formerly involved in leading Hook New Covenant Church. He is passionate about seeing Christians grow in their faith in Jesus Christ and for unbelievers to come to faith. At his induction a prophetic word was given to both him and the Church from Genesis chapter 49 verse 22:
“Joseph is a fruitful vine, a fruitful vine near a spring, whose branches climb over a wall.”
We are praying and believing that God will fulfil this word – that the Church will grow numerically and in spiritual maturity and that each of us will be really fruitful for God.
Paul has been married to Gill for 31 years. Gill has a degree in French and Biblical Studies from the University of St Andrews. She is involved in worship leading, prayer ministry and teaching children within the Church. Paul and Gill have three children and two grandsons.
